Streamline Connector allows you to send Shopify products to your Voiceflow Knowledge Base. This guide explains the limits and processes involved.

  1. No Limit on Total Products: You can send as many products as you want through Streamline Connector.

  2. Processing in Batches: Products are processed in sets of 499 products per file.

  3. Processing Time: It may take some time to complete the transfer depending on the total number of products in your catalog.

  4. Voiceflow Knowledge Base Integration:
    • Each file creates 499 chunks in your Knowledge Base.
    • Each chunk contains one product and its information.

  5. Product Structure:
    • 1 product = 1 chunk
    • A product includes all its variants within a single chunk.
    • Multiple variants don't count as separate products.

  6. Chunk Composition:
    • Visible part: Searchable fields
    • Hidden part: Metadata

  7. Voiceflow Compatibility: The 499-product limit per file is designed to align with Voiceflow's functionality.
