1. "Send Products" Button is Not Visible in Shopify App (Image above)

  • Check the number of active products in your Shopify store
  • Upgrade your Streamline Connector plan if needed
  • Upgrade to a paid Voiceflow plan to sync more than 499 products
  • Account for product variants in your total product count


3. Products Not Syncing to Voiceflow

Possible Causes:

  • Voiceflow API limitations
  • A large number of products being synced at once


Solutions:

  • Ensure you have a paid Voiceflow plan
  • Wait for products to sync gradually (they may appear one by one)
  • Contact Streamline Connector support for assistance with large product catalogs

  1. Plan Selection: Choose a Streamline Connector plan that accommodates your product catalog size.
  2. Active Products: Be aware that only active products are synced to Voiceflow.
  3. Voiceflow Plan: Upgrade to a paid Voiceflow plan for full functionality with Streamline Connector.
  4. Patience: Large product catalogs may take time to sync fully.
  5. Product Variants: Remember that each product variant counts as an individual product. For example, a product with five variants counts as 5 products in your total.


Understanding Product Counts

When calculating your total product count, it's crucial to include all variants:

  • A single product without variants counts as 1 product
  • A product with 3 color variants counts as 3 products
  • A product with 2 sizes and 3 colors (6 combinations) counts as 6 products


This counting method affects your plan limits and syncing capabilities. Ensure you choose a plan that accommodates your total number of product variants.
