With this workflow, users can effortlessly submit support tickets directly through your chatbot to platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Gorgias. The bot will gather essential details, including the user's name and email address, and will create a clear, optimized ticket subject to ensure efficient communication.


How to Set It Up

Setting up this workflow is straightforward:

  1. Connect Your Support PlatformLink your bot to Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Gorgias.

  2. Enter Your API Key: Input the API key provided by your chosen support platform.

  3. Fill in Missing Inputs for your Platform:
    - subdomain (e.g. streamlineconnector.domain.com, then I enter 'streamlineconnector')
    - email (Zendesk)


Enhanced Feature: Knowledge Base Lookup

We've expanded the "Contact Support" workflow to proactively assist users by searching your Knowledge Base before creating a ticket. If a relevant solution is found, the chatbot will present it to the user, offering additional details if needed. Should the user not find the provided solution satisfactory, the chatbot seamlessly continues the ticket creation process without losing any previously collected information.

The effectiveness of this enhancement depends on the comprehensiveness of your Knowledge Base. A robust Knowledge Base significantly reduces the number of tickets, streamlining your support process.
